Spring 2014 Look Book Diary
Saturday, March 1
7 AM - Alarm goes off. It's time to make sure everything is packed up and ready to head to the shoot! I've spent the last few days driving all over town rounding up accessories & props from our awesome collaborators Teysha Boots, Project Biashara, and Cold Ones Popsicles. I pick up breakfast for our crew and head to our first location.

9:30 AM - Our models & crew meet to finalize outfits and begin hair & makeup! We decide which sweaters & accessories will be paired together and go over the schedule for the day. We have a lot of fun playing dress-up with our models :)

11 AM - After the models are dressed, we head to our first location to begin shooting! For our Spring Look Book, we wanted to capture what it feels like to be on a road trip with your friends. We chose looks & locations that stayed within our theme. Our first location was on the greenbelt in Austin, Texas. I hang out in the background to switch out props & accessories as needed, and keep an eye on our models hair & makeup. I hope they don't mind me constantly touching their faces!

12:30 PM - We wrap on our first location, change outfits and retouch hair & makeup. I head out to go pick up lunch for our models & crew (turkey wraps!). Keeping within our theme, our next location was at an old gas station, where our "road trippers" were making a pit stop to hang out, stretch their legs, and, of course, eat some popsicles!
