EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
Any items purchased between November 20 and January 1 are eligible to be returned until January 31 for a full refund. Any items returned after January 31 will be given a store credit only. Any items purchased outside of November 20 through January 1 will have 30 days to be returned for a full refund.
Returns + Exchange Policy
Our sweaters are awesome, but sometimes mistakes happen. If you are unhappy with your sweater, you can return it within 30 days of being purchased for an exchange or full refund. Items returned between 30-60 days will be for exchange or store credit only. We will not accept ANY returned items after 60 days. We offer free returns and exchanges on any order within the United States ONLY. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your sweater must be unworn and unwashed. We won't accept your dirty sweater.
Return + Exchange Time
Returns for refunds are typically processed within 2 weeks of receiving your shipment back in our office. If your return is approved, you will by notified regarding your refund. We refund full purchase price including tax, but excluding original shipping charges.
If you are exchanging a product, you can expect to receive it within 2-4 weeks of us receiving your returned item. Why does it take this long? We keep low quantities of items in stock at our Austin warehouse. Often, by the time we receive a customer's returned item, we are already out of stock of the item it is to be exchanged for. We then put in requests for additional products to be shipped to us from Kenya. Once we receive the products from Kenya, we can then ship them out to our customers requesting an exchange.
